The Sands At St Francis *****
The Sands at St Francis Bay is located literally on the beach! The Sands has just 5 rooms - 4 on the ground floor and the honeymoon suite on the first floor. All have amazing views out over the pool and garden to the Indian Ocean and endless stretches of pristine coastline. All the bedrooms offer air-conditioned luxury with large en suite bathrooms. There is a restaurant on site serving delicious breakfasts, light lunches and a la carte dinners.
Facilities include two outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor lounge areas, bar, as well as a steam room! Reception will be able to book activities for you - the famous St Francis Links golf course is just a couple of minutes drive away.
St Francis Bay is situated about an hours drive from Port Elizabeth and is a stone's throw from the surfing mecca of Jeffrey's Bay. It is a beautiful seaside village with a real laid-back holiday feel to it. It has an extensive navigable canal system offering both residents and holidaymakers a marina lifestyle. There are some great restaurants overlooking the canals. In addition to this there are fabulous walks along the beaches and coastline at St Francis Point.
