Hluhluwe River Lodge is situated on the western boundary of the iSimangaliso Wetland Park with sweeping views of False Bay. There are just 12 thatched roofed chalets each with en suite facilities and air conditioning. The lodge runs scheduled game drives to the Hluhluwe/iMfolozi Game Reserve each morning and evening (30 min drive from the lodge), as well as offering other activities including mountain bike trails, horse trails, riverboat birding tours and self guided tours. The coastal and marine reserves of Sodwana Bay, Cape Vidal and St Lucia are just an hour’s drive from the lodge.
